Yarradale Stud sire Gingerbread Man can maintain a winning groove this Saturday after a hit and near-miss last weekend.

Yarradale Stud sire War Chant (USA) and apprentice Keshaw Dhurun were in a winning mood at Ascot last Saturday when they combined to land a double with Express Time and Mood Swings.

Lady Chant broke her maiden in the G3 WA Oaks (2400m) at Ascot on Saturday but the classic win was no fluke according to trainer Brock Lewthwaite.

Neville Parnham’s grey mare Express Time is racing in career-best form this campaign and her sire War Chant (USA) is also in the midst of a winning run leading into Easter.

Utgard Loki headlined a winning treble for Yarradale Stud at Pinjarra on Sunday with his first Stakes victory in the LR South West Cup (2300m).
